A little bit about me…
If I’m honest, I’ve never been good with words which is why photography turned into my creative outlet. They say a picture is worth 1,000 words and I find looking back at an image is the most powerful way to relive a moment in memory.
I’m based in the Highlands of Scotland where I enjoy exploring the country’s hidden gems by walking remote areas as much as I can. Other than work and family life, you’ll find me exploring the hills or travelling anywhere I can (with the camera packed for the adventure). My business background is in advertising and marketing where it was my media degree which saw me pick up a DSLR camera for the first time. From there my photography journey started…

The duration depends on the size of the property or scope of a commercial shoot. For holiday let or small commercial spaces, it typically takes 1-3 hours. Larger or more complex shoots (like corporate photography or multiple locations) may take longer.
6. How do I prepare my property for the photoshoot?
To get the best results, make sure your property is clean and clutter-free. Open blinds/curtains, set up any decor to enhance the space, and ensure all light bulbs are working. For outdoor shots, mow the lawn and tidy up outdoor spaces.
7. Can I request specific shots or angles?
Absolutely! Before the shoot, we will discuss any specific shots or angles you’d like. I also provide creative direction based on what works best for property and commercial photography.

8. How much do you charge for a photoshoot?
My pricing varies depending on the scope of the project, location, and the type of photography required. For a detailed quote, feel free to contact me with your requirements.

I accept payments via bank transfer and PayPal. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
After the Photoshoot
11. How long will it take to receive the final images?
You can expect to receive your edited images within 3-7 business days, depending on the complexity of the project. I aim for a quick turnaround while maintaining high quality.
12. In what format will I receive the photos?
You will receive high-resolution digital images via a file transfer service. I can provide different formats (JPEG, PNG, etc.) upon request, and will ensure the files are optimized for both web and print use.
13. Will you edit the photos?
Yes, all photos will be professionally edited to enhance lighting, color, and overall presentation. I focus on natural and appealing edits that highlight the best features of your property or business.
14. Can I use the photos for advertising and social media?
Yes, once you’ve received the final images, you have full rights to use them for advertising, social media, website listings, and other promotional materials.
15. Do you offer revisions on the photos?
I offer a round of complimentary revisions if there are minor adjustments needed. If more extensive changes are required, additional editing fees may apply.

While I don’t offer full staging services, I can offer guidance on how to style and arrange furniture and decor for the best photo results. For more in-depth staging, I can recommend professional stylists.
